And this morning another friend posted this video on her facebook.
and it is kind of long (20 minutes), and pretty intense maybe a little too much for me to swallow early on a tired Saturday morning. But I think she is pretty right on.

I'm now a huge Brene Brown fan (I just finished The Gifts of Imperfection, and it is such a good read!)
Oh, that picture is frame worthy! I cannot watch the Brene Brown video right now because it will distirb the very delicate balance I've created of popcorn eating and George watching for the kiddos while I blog. And I cannot chance disturbing that at this very moment or I was lose my freakin' mind.
I bet you know how that goes. But I will be back to watch. :)
